Fresia believes therapy works best when it feels human — honest, collaborative, and rooted in empathy. As a Qualified Mental Health Professional–Trainee, she strives to create a space where clients feel truly seen and supported as they work through life’s challenges at their own pace.

She’s currently finishing her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at George Mason University and enjoys working with children, teens, and adults, helping them build self-awareness, emotional expression, and confidence through creativity, reflection, and open conversation. Fresia approaches her work with cultural humility and awareness, recognizing that everyone’s story is shaped by unique experiences, backgrounds, and values.

As a bilingual clinician, Fresia offers services in English and Spanish, and values being able to connect with clients and families in the language that feels most natural to them.
